- Strong ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Proven experience managing suppliers and supply issues in manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ensure end-to-end buying and planning execution
- Build and execute purchase plans
- Place and manage purchase orders
- Monitor purchase order confirmations
- Address shortages or delays proactively
- Analyze inventory levels
- Take action to prevent stock outs
- Take action to prevent excess inventory
- Manage supplier follow-up on delivery performance
- Manage supplier follow-up on short-term capacity
- Resolve supply issues with Manufacturing

- Implement practical mitigation plans
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
