- Significant hands-on AWS Ecosystem experience
- Redshift, S3, and IAM roles experience
- Git for CI/CD workflows experience
- Extensive Tableau expertise
- Tableau data source and field management
- Tableau dashboard building expertise
- Analytical mindset
- Strong statistical literacy
- Highly data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Effective stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in Python (Spark/PySpark) (plus)
- Proficiency in orchestration tools like Airflow (plus)
- Solid understanding of Databricks (plus)
- Solid understanding of Lakehouse architecture (plus)
- Understanding of underlying storage formats (plus)
- Understanding of trade-offs between real-time streaming and batch processing (plus)
