- •Strong academic background
- •More than 3 years of commercial experience in the energy sector
- •Good understanding of trading, the energy market, and the energy transition
- •Experience in managing complex projects and aligning stakeholder interests
- •Strong commercial drive, excellent communication, and presentation skills
- •Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- •Ability to work independently

- •Analyze market changes to inform Trading's strategy
- •Identify new business opportunities
- •Develop business cases for new markets
- •Facilitate growth initiatives and complex projects
- •Steer and prioritize the project portfolio
- •Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- •Oversee broker and exchange agreements
- •Support negotiations on fees and contracts
- •Coordinate internal efficiency and change initiatives
- •Participate in the BU Trading Management Team
- •Lead a team of 2 employees
- •Monitor liquidity risk from physical and financial positions
- •Take proactive measures with Trading Desks and Origination
