- Architect, design, and implement backend platform
- Design, build, and scale backend services using Go
- Develop and maintain REST APIs
- Integrate with internal systems and third-party providers
- Work with event-driven systems using AWS services
- Build cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Own development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop, maintain, and improve team's tech stack
- Ensure high code quality through automated testing
- Conduct code reviews
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with team members
- Share knowledge with team
- Contribute to engineer growth
- Improve CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE practices
- Participate in recruitment processes
