- Organize Lunch Connect sessions with speakers
- Coordinate internal and external events
- Manage alumni events
- Support Partner Lunches
- Organize Internal Networking Forums
- Coordinate external sponsorship events
- Monitor regional event expenses
- Review event proposals with stakeholders
- Process travel requests
- Collect and submit annual budget proposals
- Schedule account team meetings
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for accounts
- Participate in account calls
- Support annual account nomination process
- Collect topics for internal newsletters
- Distribute general information about the Zurich office
- Maintain internal SharePoint content
- Support evacuation and crisis management activities
- Promote new initiatives by Zurich Regional Leadership
