- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Good written and spoken business English
- Team player with a positive mindset
Aufgaben
- Drive the ServiceNow implementation program
- Configure workflows and manage custom development on the platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Transition requirements into scalable and secure solutions
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow environment
- Serve as the in-house Subject Matter Expert
- Identify integration and automation opportunities using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Document the current environment and keep articles updated
- Mentor colleagues through in-role training
- Ensure service availability and functionality according to SLAs
