- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow environment
- Become the in-house Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow
- Identify new integration opportunities
- Identify automation opportunities
- Increase collaboration between enterprise applications
- Use Flow Designer for integrations and automation
- Use Integration Hub for integrations and automation
- Use API standards for integrations and automation
- Document the current environment
- Keep documentation articles up to date
- Keep documentation articles relevant
- Mentor colleagues through in-role training
- Develop team skills
- Ensure services are available according to SLAs
- Ensure services are functional according to SLAs
- Participate in the on-duty team
