- Deep hands-on expertise in production-grade GenAI applications (prompting, grounding, evaluation, response quality optimization)
- Strong architectural understanding of enterprise AI solutions (AI platforms, APIs, orchestration patterns, agent-based approaches)
- Proven experience in implementing secure and compliant AI solutions (privacy, robustness, regulatory requirements)
- Independent and solution-oriented working style, strong collaboration and consulting skills, experience in agile environments
- Proven experience in designing GenAI Solutions for seamless, scalable, enterprise-ready operations
Aufgaben
- Support and co-create lighthouse AI use cases
- Translate business requirements into reusable GenAI solution patterns
- Focus on prompting, evaluation, knowledge grounding, and AI security
- Advise use case teams on solution architecture and implementation
- Enable teams to apply GenAI tools effectively and responsibly
- Identify gaps and improvement needs in the AI platform
- Collaborate with platform teams to implement improvements
- Stay updated on Generative AI, LLM architectures, RAG, and agent-based patterns
- Apply new AI developments in real-world lighthouse projects
