As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design cutting-edge agent architectures and implement complex workflows, ensuring agents operate reliably and ethically. This role involves mentoring others and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful AI solutions.

Anforderungen

• •At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software architecture, or data-driven product development
• •Very good knowledge of Python
• •Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, GraphRAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks
• •Ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders
• •Fluency in German and very good English (spoken and written)

Aufgaben

• •Design and implement advanced agent architectures
• •Create multi-agent systems with autonomous planning and reflection loops
• •Utilize GraphRAG and tool orchestration
• •Orchestrate complex workflows using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Agent Framework
• •Integrate enterprise data via RAG
• •Develop monitoring and observability frameworks for agents
• •Implement telemetry, logging, and performance evaluations
• •Enforce responsible AI principles, including data protection and ethics
• •Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
• •Participate in architecture roadmaps
• •Collaborate with customers and management to identify use cases
• •Evaluate business benefits of AI solutions
