Anforderungen

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, or 5+ years finance experience
  • Proven leadership skills for team guidance and development
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking for actionable insights
  • Solid accounting background with attention to detail and accountability
  • Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-cultural teams
  • Fluency in English required
  • SAP S/4HANA knowledge beneficial
  • Experience in Microsoft CoPilot

Aufgaben

  • Drive process optimization and finance transformation
  • Enhance efficiency, automation, and control improvements
  • Review and improve internal controls
  • Design and implement new control processes
  • Support Finance Transformation (S/4HANA) initiatives
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Distribution Operations, and Sales Controlling
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables from outsourcing partners
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations
  • Promote continuous improvement in the finance team
  • Act as deputy for the Head of Revenues and Expenses Europe
  • Lead and mentor a team of three accountants
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and audits
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance

Berufserfahrung

  • ca. 4 - 6 Jahre

Ausbildung

  • Bachelor-Abschluss

Sprachen

  • Englisch – fließend
  • Deutsch – Grundkenntnisse
