Anforderungen
- University degree (business, economics, accounting) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' accounting experience in international Group
- Experience in multi-cultural, matrix environments
- Mandatory ERP and reporting system experience (Oracle ERP preferred)
- Familiarity with international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS)
- Fluent English (German strong plus)
- Strong computer skills, notably Excel Pivot tables
- Power BI competency (plus)
Aufgaben
- Ensure VAT compliance
- Perform quarterly and yearly VAT declarations for complex VAT groups
- Assist in reporting month-end results to HQ using Hyperion Financial Management
- Review month-end journal entries
- Post month-end journal entries
- Manage collaboration with the shared service center
- Ensure accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements across multiple entities
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for nominated HR accounts
- Develop action plans for reconciliation issues
- Prepare statutory accounts for Holdings and operating entities as per Swiss code of obligations
- Manage transactions for investments, acquisitions, disposals, and financing
- Record entries for dividends, financial income, and equity changes
- Compile statutory accounts with multi-branch consolidation for entities abroad
- Coordinate income tax compliance with external consultants
- Participate in Oracle cloud solution deployment
- Support continuous improvement and innovation within the group and Finance team
