Aufgaben
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings for USGAAP group reporting
- Prepare annual statutory financial statements following Swiss CO standards
- Lead coordination and deliverables for limited statutory examinations
- Support group audits through documentation and liaison activities
- Record financial transactions across general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed assets
- Perform routine ledger reconciliations
- Coordinate consolidated reporting with the Corporate Finance department
- Manage intercompany accounts and transactions per transfer pricing policies
- Submit Swiss VAT and direct tax returns accurately
- Provide guidance to team members and collaborate on finance-related matters
