- Degree qualification
- More than ten years of relevant experience in account management and new business development
- Industry and market knowledge in Fuel & Lubes, Coatings & Adhesives, Construction, Automotive, Paper, and Water Treatment segments
- Active network among key fuel and lubricant additive producers
- Strong understanding of the value chain and OEM specifications
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication skills
- Proven account, business development, and contract negotiation skills
- High motivation and adaptability
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to interact across teams and organizational levels
- Willingness to travel within the region
Aufgaben
- Manage and expand a portfolio of customers across Europe
- Implement and deliver individual customer financial plans
- Lead global and cross-functional key account teams
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with key customers
- Manage customer opportunities and ensure timely product introductions
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms in line with company regulations
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical departments for market intelligence
- Establish high standards of market intelligence for the HPP market
