- •Experience in key tasks in the global automotive industry
- •Knowledge of contract law and pricing policy
- •Structured and team-oriented approach
- •Strong communication and diplomatic moderation skills
- •Fluency in English for collaboration

- •Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts
- •Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation
- •Engage with senior decision-makers at customer organizations
- •Develop tailored account plans aligning customer needs with company goals
- •Proactively develop customer accounts
- •Act as the main escalation point for operational or quality issues
- •Lead negotiations with customers
- •Identify and acquire new customers, focusing on wholesalers and strategic aftermarket players
- •Understand customer needs and market environment for tailored quotations
- •Prepare competitive quotations based on customer requirements and market specifications
- •Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
- •Collaborate with Engineering, Category Management, Logistics, and Purchasing departments
- •Provide structured, timely, and accurate sales reports to the Head of Sales
- •Monitor and report KPIs and market feedback
- •Continuously evaluate and improve internal sales processes
- •Support the preparation of sales-related documents and templates
- •Monitor aftermarket trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
