Anforderungen

  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes
  • Deep experience in solution sales within CRM or related fields
  • Understanding of CRM, CX or CSM business processes
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Ability to understand macro-level business IT needs
  • 8+ years of sales experience in complex software solutions
  • Deep industry knowledge of Travel, Transport and Logistics
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with clients
  • Ability to produce new business and negotiate deals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to win
  • Ability to communicate complex issues simply
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Aufgaben

  • Oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM Solutions
  • Engage assigned accounts to create new business and pipeline
  • Manage executive relationships for assigned accounts
  • Lead and collaborate with virtual teams across various functions
  • Develop and deploy territory resources in Travel, Transport & Logistics
  • Create a sales strategy and regional sales plan for assigned accounts
  • Build relationships with C-suite personas across CRM products
  • Arrange and conduct initial discussions and position meetings with executives
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting to deliver product demonstrations
  • Develop a roadmap to enhance customer experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Customer Engagement & Operations roadmap
  • Own and lead CRM opportunities while collaborating with Core Sales Teams
  • Present CRM Workflows offering to prospects and at industry events
  • Articulate customer success strategies to streamline presentations
  • Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities
  • Manage sales processes and close opportunities
  • Ensure ongoing account management for customer satisfaction
