New customer acquisition for a white-label energy management platform, focusing on European CPOs. 4+ years B2B complex software sales experience in SaaS energy management with hunter mentality required. 30 days vacation, up to 70 days remote work, €30 sports allowance.
Anforderungen
- Hunter mentality; understanding of SaaS and hardware-agnostic energy management
- 4+ years Account Executive experience in B2B complex software sales
- Clear hunter mentality
- Proven track record of acquiring new customers
- Strong business acumen
- Understanding of internal and customer-side business cases
- Ideally, established network within EVCI industry, specifically Charge Point Operators
- Strong interest in Energy IoT and platform solutions
- Ability to translate complex technologies into clear value propositions
- Fluent English
- German language skills (plus)
- Confidence in communicating with senior executives and strategic stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Eagerness to make a mark on energy transition
- Structured planning and strong execution
- Reliability for internal and external stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Acquire and close leading CPOs in Europe.
- Define and execute EVCI go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain pipeline development.
- Report pipeline development to Growth Management.
- Acquire new customers.
- Translate product features into customer value.
- Represent gridX at industry events and online.
- Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen market presence.
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Understand customer strategic, operational, and grid challenges.
- Align with Product Management on XENON platform outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical experts.
- Analyze CPO partner scaling potential.
- Define solutions for CPO partner needs.
- Lead gridX participation in major tenders.
- Coordinate teams to create winning proposals.
