- Extensive successful B2B SaaS sales experience for enterprise customers with revenue responsibility (quota-carrying), focusing on expansion and complex renewals
- Enterprise sales expertise with demonstrable success in managing six- and seven-figure deals with sales cycles over six months
- Mastery of common methods like MEDDPIC, Challenger- or Value-based Selling
- Exceptional executive communication skills for complex technical and business concepts
- Profound understanding of German business culture and local enterprise landscape
- Mandatory fluent German and English language skills
Aufgaben
- Develop detailed, multi-year strategic account plans.
- Manage strategic plans for complex enterprise customers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key executives.
- Align observability platform with critical business initiatives.
- Align observability platform with digital transformation goals.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities.
- Close six and seven-figure expansion deals.
- Analyze customer technical architecture.
- Analyze developer workflows.
- Assess evolving monitoring needs.
- Lead and coordinate the virtual account team.
- Ensure consistent customer engagement strategy.
- Manage engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain a first-class sales pipeline.
- Deliver precise quarterly and annual forecasts in Salesforce.
- Provide analyses on deal status.
- Recommend next strategic steps.
- Lead negotiations for enterprise agreements and renewals.
- Manage complex procurement and legal processes.
