Selling SAP software licenses and cloud subscriptions to Discrete Manufacturing clients. Several years of complex business software sales experience required. 4 weeks vacation, company car for private use.
Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of Discrete Manufacturing Industries
- Proven success in business application software sales and leading team-selling environments
- Ability to handle large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription-based solutions
- Full working proficiency in German and Business English
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and non-verbal
- Strategic thinking with creativity and innovation
- Strong executive presence and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work across multiple teams in a matrix organization

- Manage end-to-end sales of software licenses and cloud subscriptions
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Understand customer technology landscapes and strategic goals
- Maintain a healthy and advancing sales funnel
- Leverage internal resources to drive demand
- Utilize SAP’s solution portfolio to address customer needs
- Conduct White Space analysis for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Deploy appropriate teams for successful sales outcomes
- Stay informed about SAP’s competition
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM
- Lead and orchestrate remote and cross-functional teams
- Align account teams and partners with customer objectives
- Maximize value from SAP’s sales support ecosystem
