Anforderungen

  • 5-10 years of sales experience with a strategic scope
  • Extensive industry experience in logistics or key account management in e-Commerce
  • Highly organised and autonomous
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Confidence in interpreting data and creating sales forecasts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • Fluency in English; German skills are a plus

  • Ensure consistent follow-up and timely closure of opportunities
  • Develop account strategy plans
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each partner’s supply chain
  • Ensure gross margin and revenue targets are met
  • Manage cost control and rigorous forecast management
  • Negotiate annual pricing
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance teams
  • Resolve critical issues and de-escalate situations
  • Provide accurate monthly reporting on key actions and forecasts
  • Undertake special projects to support sales team processes
