- Experience with novel, emerging data types
- Experience with infrastructure deployment and container orchestration

- Experience in writing efficient user documentation
Aufgaben
- Develop strategies to standardize data formats and workflows
- Implement harmonized data pipelines across EMBL's six sites
- Collaborate with researchers on reusable and reproducible data pipelines
- Support the development of local and pan-EMBL data management pipelines
- Create solutions for integrating multimodal data
- Embed FAIR principles in data handling processes
- Contribute to onboarding and training of research staff
- Facilitate communication and data flow within EMBL and with external scientists
- Explore new methods and technologies for EMBL initiatives
