- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and personnel topics
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open, constructive cooperation
- Business fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors projects end-to-end.
- Develop practical HR solutions based on best practices.
- Technically manage your project stream with project management.
- Design complex technical requirements using HR expertise.
- Implement technical solutions with your team.
- Create structured documentation for solutions.
- Prepare workshops and training in German and English.
- Deliver workshops and training in German and English.
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct requirements analyses for customer solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates for customer solutions.
- Assist with quotations for customer solutions.
- Support colleagues with complex issues.
- Actively transfer knowledge to colleagues.
- Mentor young professionals.
- Continuously develop hard and soft skills.
