Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or comparable vocational qualification
- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, hands-on experience in ERP and S/4HANA implementations, including FIORI
- Solid understanding of Controlling-related business processes
- Experience as an S/4 Finance Consultant and with international rollout projects
- Willingness to travel abroad for temporary assignments
- Deep understanding of organizational structures and processes in mechanical and plant engineering
- Resilience in a dynamic project environment, proactive working style, and strong communication skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
Aufgaben
- Analyze and define controlling processes and value flows
- Develop controlling concepts for SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Capture local requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analyses
- Design test strategies and support Go-Live preparation
- Coordinate and execute key user tests and training sessions
- Collaborate with local key users in the Controlling function
- Maintain alignment with the central template team
- Act as an interface between Corporate Controlling and local business units
- Contribute to the optimization of global template solutions
- Independently plan and lead workshops
