- Proven experience as a PMO Manager, Project Manager, or Consultant in professional services or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
- Solid functional understanding of SAP landscapes and delivery lifecycles (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, or SAP cloud solutions)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
- Experience in managing PMO functions for large-scale transformation programs
- Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
Aufgaben
- Establish and manage PMO frameworks and governance structures
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project performance and track key metrics
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Collaborate with project teams on best practices and methodologies
- Provide training and support to project managers and team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams
- Prepare and present reports and insights to leadership
