- 10+ years SAP program delivery
- Proven project/program delivery track record
- Multi-country SAP rollouts (ECC, S/4 HANA)
- Substantial client-facing consulting experience
- Proven SAP cutover management experience
- Strong SAP technical landscape understanding
- Strong transport management understanding
- Strong data migration tools understanding
- SNP CrystalBridge solution experience (advantageous)
- Project management tools experience
- S/4HANA implementations or conversions experience
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models
- Experience in large global rollouts or multi-country deployments
- Experience working with global teams
- Track record of leading consultant teams
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments
- SAP or PMP certification (preferred)
- Ability to articulate value propositions
- Ability to own and review program financials
- Ability to lead proposal presentations
- Ability to lead teams preparing proposals/plans
- Ability to facilitate leverage differentiators
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written)
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Ability to influence C-Level stakeholders
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end cutover process
- Develop cutover strategy, plans, and checklists
- Coordinate activities across SAP teams
- Manage data migration dependencies
- Plan system downtime and rollback scenarios
- Conduct cutover readiness reviews
- Assess go/no-go decisions
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Prepare cutover status reports
- Present executive updates
- Support post-go-live hypercare
- Facilitate handover to operations
- Ensure project governance compliance
- Collaborate with client PMO and technical teams
