- Knowledge of SAML, Kerberos, and SSO
- Experience integrating SAP with ServiceNow
- Python, ABAP, and AI (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Manage SAP BTP applications and CPI
- Set up ALM and ServiceNow integrations
- Configure SAP Cloud Connector for hybrid connectivity
- Oversee daily SAP S/4HANA landscape operations
- Optimize performance and manage system upgrades
- Lead SAP security and compliance processes
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for system changes
- Integrate advanced monitoring and incident systems
- Improve S/4HANA architecture and third-party integrations
- Coordinate with infrastructure teams on cloud initiatives
- Manage SAP transports and technical best practices
- Mentor team members on cross-team initiatives
