Aufgaben

  • Support Sales Managers in daily client and product sales activities
  • Prepare client materials
  • Coordinate offers and RFP contributions
  • Support implementation and day-to-day client servicing
  • Contribute to efficient Cash Management solutions for Institutional Clients
  • Assist in servicing RBI Group Institutional Clients in Cash Management
  • Act as a reliable interface for internal and client-related requests
  • Support Sales Managers in client coverage, administration, and sales activities
  • Prepare and coordinate Cash Management offers, presentations, and client materials
  • Support international Cash Management Request for Proposals and bidding processes
  • Coordinate, document, and follow up on international clearing business
  • Assist with managing RBI’s international clearing infrastructure
  • Prepare analyses, documentation, and input for cost-efficient agreements
  • Coordinate with RBI Compliance, ICE Business Compliance, and IC relationship management
  • Coordinate with other internal stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of Cash Management products sold to clients
  • Coordinate tasks, information flows, and follow-ups for product implementation
  • Monitor customer Cash Management profitability (fee income, interest, business volume)
  • Prepare insights to identify follow-up measures for Sales Managers
  • Collect and share market insights on Cash Management product innovations
  • Support RBI NWBs in meeting foreign currency clearing needs
