- Achieve sales targets for Thüringen & Middle East Territory
- Increase market share in Surgical Valve Replacement products
- Build strong ethical relationships with customers
- Lead sales activities with multiple stakeholders
- Identify and contact sales prospects and assigned accounts
- Support and advise Surgeons and theatre personnel in the Theatre environment
- Present and sell products and services to clients
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Collaborate with local marketing on national objectives
- Develop and execute account strategies using CRM tools
