Anforderungen
- Passion for aviation, luxury travel, or premium customer experiences
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or CRM management
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and customer lifecycle management
- Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into commercial action
- Experience in aviation, hospitality, or other high-end service sectors
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a fast, proactive mindset
- Fluency in English (other European languages beneficial)
- Eligibility to live and work in Austria
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain relationships with private and corporate clients
- Develop and convert qualified leads into long-term business opportunities
- Negotiate and close charter bookings with precision and professionalism
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for outstanding client experience
- Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities
- Strengthen GlobeAir’s presence in existing and emerging markets
- Leverage CRM data to manage pipelines and analyze performance
- Work with the leadership team to shape long-term commercial strategies
- Elevate GlobeAir’s brand visibility through creative campaigns and digital storytelling
- Drive lead generation and customer engagement through data-driven initiatives
- Use CRM insights to design targeted marketing initiatives and retention strategies
- Enhance lead generation and optimize campaign ROI through data analytics
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications
- Collaborate with Business Operations to align commercial commitments with operational excellence
- Support Customer Operations for a smooth client journey from inquiry to flight
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability across the organization
- Champion CRM as a strategic tool for customer insight and business growth
- Maintain and improve data quality for a reliable source of truth
- Drive CRM adoption and utilization across teams
- Translate customer data into actionable insights for marketing, sales, and service excellence
