Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience, ideally aviation/aerospace
  • Strong understanding of aircraft seating, cabin interiors, or related products (plus)
  • Proven track record developing/maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Mandarin) an asset
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region
  • Efficiency with MS Office Applications

  • Develop sales strategies and account plans to achieve targets

  • Collaborate with internal departments for customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments for on-time project delivery
  • Provide market feedback to management
  • Provide competitive analysis to management
  • Provide regional insights to management
  • Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at trade shows
  • Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at conferences
  • Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at customer meetings
