- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales success, ideally with complex/enterprise solutions
- Strong track record in Swiss market, preferably Financial Services
- Expertise in value-based selling and building business cases
- Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in German and English
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN)
- Existing professional network in Swiss financial services is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of Swiss market regulations and analytics-driven transformation

- Maintain accurate pipeline management
- Ensure high data quality and transparency

- Represent the company at industry events
- Strengthen market presence in Switzerland
