- •Minimum 5 years of experience
- •Comprehension of digital advertising technology and programmatic
- •Introductory familiarity with Out-of-Home (OOH) media and advertising
- •Skill in establishing and nurturing client relationships
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Intrinsic drive and commitment to achieving success
- •Independent and self-reliant
- •Composed in high-stress situations
- •Confident in delivering presentations

- •Drive and expand DSP revenue in the DACH market
- •Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- •Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- •Familiarize with the platform to encourage engagement from digital advertising buyers
- •Ensure a seamless transaction process for platform users
- •Identify potential opportunities within the EMEA region
- •Focus on independent trading desks, brands, and boutique agencies new to OOH advertising
- •Assist in negotiating and executing media and platform agreements
- •Support experienced team members in managing partnerships
- •Provide training and assistance on the digital OOH industry and trading model
- •Help stakeholders understand media model fundamentals and metrics
- •Contribute to developing industry networks in the EMEA region
- •Represent the company at events to build brand presence and awareness
