Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance & banking, international management, or related field with first experience in a finance department
- Master's degree in business administration, finance & banking, international management, or related field; initial experience through internships or working student positions is a plus
- Experience with (trade) finance products, processes, and IT system handling
- Very good knowledge in data preparation, data analysis, and interactive report preparation
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, KNIME) and BI/visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), willingness to deepen knowledge
- Commitment, strong analytical skills, focus on impactful outcomes, excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to adapt in a global, multicultural environment; experience across diverse cultural settings is an added advantage
- Business proficiency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Conceptualize and develop reports on trade finance products
- Maintain reports on Siemens’ trade finance products
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statement inputs
- Support IT system feature specification and testing
- Assist with model calculations for guarantee commissions
- Serve as contact for guarantee department and accounting
- Drive digitalization and automation in reporting and reconciliation
- Identify and implement process improvement measures
- Harmonize and simplify processes with the team
