- •Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
- •Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- •Fluency in English, German is a plus
- •Experience with supplements, health, or direct sales industries

Aufgaben
- •Own the RevOps strategy and OKRs for the B2B funnel
- •Design and optimize GTM processes across Marketing, Sales, and Finance
- •Drive forecasting and conversion optimization
- •Build dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau
- •Deliver actionable insights for leadership and GTM teams
- •Maintain and improve the commercial tech stack with Salesforce
- •Manage integrations and workflows with Magento and Odoo
- •Support pricing, discounting, invoicing, and commission models
- •Build systems for quoting and commission tracking
- •Collaborate with the Finance Team to enhance sales performance
- •Launch and document experiments to improve revenue KPIs
- •Drive adoption of playbooks, SOPs, and workflows across GTM teams
- •Lead onboarding and training for GTM systems and reporting
