Revenue Operations Manager - Revenue Insights(m/w/x)
Performance analysis of the full revenue funnel and partner scoring models for a fitness technology scale-up. 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Business Analytics required. 30 days vacation, flexible working hours.

- 2-5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Founder’s Associate
- Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environment ideally
- Experience building scalable signals and scoring frameworks
- Experience building performance tracking systems
- Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Strong SQL skills and BI tools experience
- Experience with Python or statistical modeling plus
- Curious, structured, and self-driven personality
- Strong bias for action
- Effective communication across various stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills
- German language skills as a plus
Aufgaben
- Analyze performance across the full revenue funnel
- Identify structural drivers and bottlenecks
- Translate findings into scalable frameworks and actions
- Define KPIs requiring proactive monitoring
- Design partner scoring models and funnel health metrics
- Develop structured review frameworks
- Connect multiple data sources to build robust models
- Apply statistical or predictive techniques for forecasting
- Improve prioritization and performance transparency
- Formalize recurring analyses into reusable models and dashboards
- Automate signals to reduce manual effort
- Identify high-impact questions across the revenue funnel
- Drive end-to-end initiatives from hypothesis to rollout
- Ensure adoption and continuous improvement of initiatives
