Aufgaben
- Support the Retail Excellence Strategy implementation across three regions
- Lead and coordinate Retail App rollout and continuous improvement
- Deploy the Retail App in the Americas
- Optimize existing Retail App implementations in Europe and Asia Pacific
- Act as the main point of contact for retail teams worldwide
- Support change management for the Retail App
- Drive adoption of the Retail App
- Ensure effective onboarding and support for retail teams
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure smooth implementation of retail tools
- Facilitate testing of retail tools
- Resolve issues with retail tools
- Drive ongoing improvements of retail tools
- Analyze retail performance data
- Identify distribution gaps
- Identify in-store opportunities
- Identify sales productivity improvements
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop automated reporting tools
- Maintain automated reporting tools
- Develop distribution tools
- Maintain distribution tools
- Improve operational efficiency using advanced Excel/Power Query
