Anforderungen

• •3–5+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, ESG/CSR, sustainability, risk management, or relevant degree
• •Strong analytical skills for ESG data
• •Experience with Excel/Sheets and BI tools
• •Familiarity with supplier audits and risk platforms
• •Knowledge of supply chain due diligence regulations
• •Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
• •Proficiency in English and ideally German

Aufgaben

• •Lead end-to-end supplier ESG risk assessments
• •Strengthen due diligence for supply chain legislation
• •Identify and mitigate proactive supply chain risks
• •Analyze ESG and procurement data for sourcing
• •Develop dashboards and reports for cost optimization
• •Monitor KPIs and support supplier evaluations
• •Identify efficiency and sustainability improvements
• •Coordinate supplier audits across multi-region supply chains
• •Deliver insight-driven reporting to stakeholders
• •Support suppliers with corrective action plans
• •Design and improve supplier risk frameworks
• •Implement emissions reduction and mitigation strategies
• •Embed sourcing standards into supplier contracting
• •Partner with teams to close risk management gaps
• •Enhance transparency and drive sustainability goals
