Aufgaben
- Repair and service pumps in the workshop and on-site
- Disassemble pumps to analyze faults and troubleshoot issues
- Identify breakdown causes and determine necessary replacement parts
- Replace mechanical components and spare parts
- Rework metallic pump components
- Assemble pump units including leak testing and touch-up painting
- Prepare detailed protocols and service reports
- Perform commissioning and installation checks at customer sites
- Inspect and assess safety chains on ATEX machines
- Manage goods receipt, incoming inspections, packaging, and shipping
- Maintain machines, tools, service trucks, and safety equipment
- Advise customers on product use and operational longevity
