- Initial or advanced experience with financial regulatory requirements; exposure to financial market infrastructures, clearing houses, or exchanges is an advantage
- Understanding of EMIR and CPMI-IOSCO Principles for FMIs would be beneficial
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing legal/regulatory texts and translating into actionable requirements
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven working style
- Ability to communicate complex topics concisely and understandably
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills are an asset
Aufgaben
- Ensure Eurex Clearing AG's compliance with national and international regulations
- Protect Eurex Clearing AG from non-compliance risks
- Manage relationships with national and international regulators
- Lead regulatory streams in national and internal business initiatives
- Advise the Executive Board on regulatory obligations
- Facilitate compliance with laws and regulations for business operations
- Support regulatory projects and initiatives
- Evaluate and document regulatory requirements
- Conduct systematic screening and analysis of new or amended laws
- Assess the relevance and impact of regulations on Eurex Clearing AG
- Support internal stakeholders in interpreting regulatory obligations
- Implement regulatory obligations and internal policies
- Prepare regulatory documentation and internal guidelines
- Draft responses to regulatory consultations
- Coordinate with other legal entities within DBG
- Support internal coordination of regulator requests
- Support regulatory stream leads in business initiatives
- Contribute regulatory expertise to cross-functional projects
