- •Strong software sales experience, preferably SaaS platform
- •Deep knowledge of winning new accounts
- •Track record of developing high performing sales teams
- •Ability to build relationships with C-Level executives
- •Solid understanding of Salesforce
- •Strong experience in Financial Services industry, preferably Banking
- •Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

- •Develop the Go To Market strategy for the territory
- •Grow the Average Order Value in Banking by balancing existing customers and acquiring new ones
- •Drive transformational projects with key accounts while establishing a sustainable business
- •Conduct detailed and accurate weekly sales forecasts
- •Build a winning team of Account Executives through recruiting, hiring, and training
- •Support Account Executives by leading client meetings and participating in corporate events
- •Coach and develop Account Executives on strategies to improve closure rates and identify opportunities
- •Monitor and enhance the sales activities of the team
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with all sales teams
