- Proven track record in B2B strategic sales, ideally within clean energy, battery electrification, or power electronics sector
- Experience selling technical or high-value solutions with complex sales cycles
- Self-motivated hunter of quality long-term business opportunities
- Strong understanding of EV charging ecosystem, renewable energy, or related technologies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional languages desirable
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and competent appearance
- Ability to recognize connections, think analytically, and keep goals in focus
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
