Anforderungen

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with reporting and analytical tools; BI tools experience advantageous
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to make complex information clear and relevant
  • Highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working across different markets, functions, and cultures in international environment
  • Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within Region East when required
  • Include work authorization for Austria in application

Aufgaben

  • Act as a sparring partner providing commercial and financial insights
  • Support Retail Managers in steering partner and own-store business performance
  • Manage and steer B2C and B2B retail budgets and business cases
  • Coordinate regional planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
  • Ensure consistent follow-up across markets
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and business cases
  • Proactively highlight deviations, risks, and opportunities
  • Deliver in-depth performance and profitability analyses
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Track and evaluate business cases after implementation
  • Define and monitor regional KPIs and performance management standards
  • Own and continuously improve regional reporting and reporting tools
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses
  • Benchmark performance across markets, partners, and own stores
  • Identify performance gaps, opportunities, and best practices
  • Ensure high data quality across Region East
  • Ensure consistent KPI definitions across Region East
  • Ensure reliable reporting across Region East
