- Knowledge of sales cycle and partner process
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to travel if needed
- Background in intelligent automation or BPM
- International experience a plus
- Strong executive presence

- Ability to influence and build relationships
- Credibility with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience selling value driven outcomes
Aufgaben
- Manage and develop regional and boutique partners in the DACH region
- Drive revenue with assigned partners in the region
- Manage named partners to help meet and exceed business targets
- Recruit, onboard, and develop partners in the assigned territory
- Execute go-to-market plans with managed partners
- Run account mapping sessions
- Oversee partner onboarding and pipeline development
- Develop marketing plans with partners
- Articulate the Camunda vision, technology, and value proposition
- Partner with sales and sales leadership for effective collaboration
