- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies
- Manage portfolio profitability and rationalization
- Conduct market research and analysis for trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and customer service teams
- Create and execute product marketing plans for Surfaces, Safe Patient Handling, and Stretchers
- Manage product content, including descriptions and case studies
- Align product messaging with market requirements
- Support local tender submissions for HST solutions
- Develop and distribute support tools for distributor partners
- Identify repair and upgrade opportunities for existing customers
- Measure and analyze campaign performance for optimization
- Manage regional marketing budget and resource allocation
- Track key performance indicators to measure marketing performance
- Provide marketing reports and insights to stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and partners
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
