- Knowledge of HR best practices and German labor law
- HR Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar in hospitality
- Proven HR role experience (HRBP, HR Manager, HR Advisor)
- Experience in multi-site or matrix organization (plus)
- Strong understanding of German labor law
- Fluent German and English

- Coach managers on people management
- Lead employee engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with German labor law
- Oversee onboarding and lifecycle administration
- Manage HR administration and system compliance
- Coordinate learning and development
- Support absenteeism and sick leave management
- Promote employee well-being
- Advise employees and managers as a trusted HR partner
