- Prospect and sell into defined regional and vertical accounts
- Consistently build a strong sales pipeline
- Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Develop deep comprehension of customer businesses
- Establish loyal champion relationships in accounts
- Negotiate favorable deals and business terms
- Sell value and ROI to large enterprises
- Partner with customers to drive adoption
- Expand reach within your assigned territory
- Prepare and execute New Business Meetings (NBMs)
- Position Moveworks and its differentiation during NBMs
- Schedule next steps from New Business Meetings
- Develop champions effectively in sales cycles
- Get multi-threaded within customer accounts
- Perform technical validation using CDD and SDW
- Uncover required capabilities and business pain
- Adhere to deal hygiene standards
- Utilize Mutual Action Plans and SFDC
- Apply value selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC)
- Systematically generate sales pipeline
- Drive C-level relationships
- Develop strong business cases for new spend
