  • Familiarity with formal sales playbook methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, Command of the Message)
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Additional languages are a plus

Aufgaben

  • Develop assigned region in Germany
  • Convert prospects into sales
  • Differentiate from competition
  • Build and grow joint business with channel partners
  • Interact with organizations from SME to large Enterprise
  • Engage with CISO level executives
  • Collaborate with technical staff in security and IT
  • Work closely with Sales Engineer team
  • Leverage corporate resources within account base
  • Manage nominated focus accounts
  • Sell the full Proofpoint Platform
  • Leverage internal resources and partner ecosystem
  • Expand Proofpoint footprint
  • Ensure customers are protected from advanced threats
  • Drive and grow business with channel partners
  • Establish executive business relationships
  • Conduct face-to-face and online meetings
  • Map channel accounts
  • Implement and drive joint marketing activities with partners
  • Boost partner enablement
  • Hunt new accounts
  • Expand presence with existing customers
  • Introduce full breadth of security, compliance, and information protection platform
  • Gain access into new accounts through channel partners
  • Orchestrate add-on and upsell sales motions through channel partners
  • Articulate and promote company value proposition and services
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers and partners
  • Organize and deliver product demonstrations
  • Organize and deliver Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
  • Articulate value and differentiation in demonstrations and POCs
  • Prepare account strategies and plans with System Engineers
  • Partner with Customer Success organization
  • Contribute to Customer Business Reviews
  • Deliver forecast accuracy
  • Generate pipeline progression
  • Maintain knowledge of Proofpoint's competitive positioning
