  • •Own the entire recruiting journey from first contact to onboarding
  • •Support the Staffing Lead and delivery teams with daily and weekly overviews
  • •Coordinate and prioritize hiring activities based on capacity needs
  • •Keep the ATS running smoothly and attract talent through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • •Maintain accurate staffing data and planning tools for informed decision-making
  • •Share updates and insights proactively to provide clear information
  • •Communicate availability, absences, and staffing updates transparently
  • •Manage freelancer hiring and onboarding to ensure support from day one
