- Previous experience or internship in HR, recruitment, or education-related fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Fluency in written and verbal German
- University degree in HR or similar field
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- Strong history of successful and quick hires
Aufgaben
- Support recruitment for Apprenticeship and Dual Study Programs
- Coordinate job postings and candidate communication
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Develop targeted attraction strategies for students and educational institutions
- Leverage web sourcing, social networking, and niche job boards
- Organize and participate in career fairs and school visits
- Conduct virtual info sessions to promote Future Talent Programs
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely updates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Future Talent Team
- Work with vocational trainers and school/university partners
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Meet and exceed European recruitment KPIs
- Support reporting on key recruitment metrics
- Create engaging content for social media and career websites
- Contribute to internal communications about program success stories
