- Several years of experience in reception, client-facing, or telephone services
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English; additional languages advantageous
- Confident PC user with solid knowledge of MS Office and communication tools
- Highly service-oriented, reliable, and discreet
- Strong organizational skills with structured, independent, and precise work approach
- Resilient team player with diplomatic skills
Aufgaben
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Manage reception operations, including meeting room coordination
- Handle calls, emails, and internal mail distribution
- Support client meetings and internal/external events as needed
- Maintain a well-organized and representative reception area
- Provide cash desk services and handle transactions accurately
- Manage cash holdings and security safe activities
- Ensure compliance with treasury-related controls
- Assist with expense reporting and business travel arrangements
