- Own firmware architecture and codebase for Nespresso machines
- Ensure secure, scalable, high-quality embedded software
- Apply SHE rules for safety, health, and environmental performance
- Drive continuous improvement in SHE performance
- Lead electronics and software development from concept to mass production
- Standardize coding practices and Git workflows
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and review processes
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation
- Include risks, requirements, and COGS assessments in documentation
- Plan resources for projects
- Organize and execute projects using the development process
- Ensure clear governance and measurable KPIs for projects
- Develop engineering competence in strategic technologies
- Strengthen innovation capability with emerging technologies
- Own modular, secure, scalable, and reusable firmware architectures
- Create and maintain system and firmware requirement templates
- Collaborate with PMs and business stakeholders
- Define feasible, desirable, and well-balanced product concepts
- Integrate technical development with UI/UX requirements
- Integrate technical development with CMF requirements
- Ensure cohesive product delivery
